Returns
(damaged or defective items only)
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items or incorrect orders reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Outcome: Approved returns are issued as store credit (no refunds to the original payment method).
How to request: Email info@letoiltofficial.com within 3 days with your order number, a short description, and clear photos (product, inner/outer packaging, shipping label). We’ll reply with next steps and, if needed, return instructions.
Not considered defects: minor cosmetic variations, color differences due to screens/lighting.
Not eligible: customized/made-to-order items, change of mind, wrong size ordered.
Size Exchange
(one-time only)
One-time size exchange is available once per order if the requested size is in stock.
Shipping costs: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the size exchange (both ways if applicable).
Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and original packaging.
If the requested size is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit instead.
How to request: Email info@letoileofficial.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and the size you want to exchange to. We’ll confirm availability and provide instructions.
Additional Notes
Customized / made-to-order items are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
Returns/exchanges sent without approval may be refused.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit during customer-initiated exchanges.
